What does the fixed price include?
One price per vehicle, shown before you pay. The driver, fuel, tolls and parking are all included.
Are there any extra charges?
No hidden fees. Optional add-ons are chosen before you pay, and a late-night surcharge, when it applies, is added at booking and paid online. Overtime is the one exception: because we cannot know the day's schedule in advance, any overtime is paid directly to the driver on the day.
How do I hold a vehicle?
Pay a ¥500 deposit to reserve your vehicle, then settle the balance later through the secure payment link.
What if my flight is late?
Your driver tracks your flight. Airport pickups include 90 minutes of free waiting after landing; other pickups include 20 minutes.
When will I hear from my driver?
For every booking, the driver contacts you the day before by WhatsApp or phone to confirm the details.
How will I find my driver at the airport?
After booking, we email a pickup-point map for your terminal (Haneda, Narita, Kansai and Tokyo Disney Resort). If you would rather be met by a driver holding a name sign, add Meet & Greet when you book.
How is the vehicle chosen?
It is assigned automatically from your passenger and luggage counts, from a 6-seat Alphard up to Hiace and Coaster vehicles, so nobody ends up squeezed in.
Can you plan a custom charter?
Yes. Tell us where you want to go and our team and experienced drivers will advise on timing and routing for day trips such as Mt. Fuji.
How is Pick-U different from a travel marketplace?
We specialise only in private airport transfers and charters, with instant fixed quotes for Tokyo, Yokohama, major airports and ports, and real people answering your questions.
Pickup meeting-point maps
After booking, customers who did not add Meet & Greet receive an email with the pickup-point map for their terminal. Maps cover Haneda Terminals 1–3, Narita Terminals 1–3, Kansai Terminals 1–2 and Tokyo Disney Resort.
