Pick-U Exchange is operated by ARINASHI, CO., LTD. By requesting a quote or making a booking, you agree to the price, itinerary, vehicle conditions, payment terms, and cancellation policy displayed before payment.
Transportation service
Pick-U Exchange arranges licensed private transportation in Japan. Customers must provide accurate passenger, luggage, flight, pickup, and contact information. Service availability is confirmed during booking.
Payment
Prices are displayed before payment. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. A booking may require full payment or a ¥500 reservation deposit followed by the remaining balance before departure.
Cancellation
Cancellations made two or more days before departure are free of charge; cancellations one to two days before departure incur a 20% fee; cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
