About this route
Narita Airport sits in Chiba Prefecture, roughly 60 km east of central Tokyo, and handles most long-haul international arrivals.
Because Narita is a long way from the city, a private car is the most comfortable way to reach your hotel after a long flight: no train transfers, no stairs with luggage.
Shinjuku Station is huge and its exits are confusing with luggage, so being dropped at your hotel's own entrance is a real advantage. Give us the exact hotel name or address when you book and the driver will take you to the door.

How long does the drive from Narita Airport to Shinjuku take?
Typically 80–100 minutes for roughly 75–80 km, depending on traffic and the exact address. We do not charge more when traffic is heavy: the price you accepted stays fixed.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your arriving flight into Japan and adjust the pickup time accordingly. Airport pickups include up to 90 minutes of free waiting after landing. Flight tracking does not cover delays after landing, such as immigration or baggage claim.
How do I find my driver at Narita Airport?
Your driver sends meeting instructions in advance via WhatsApp. A name-sign meet & greet in the arrivals hall is available as an optional add-on. Narita has three terminals (T1, T2 and T3). Tell us your flight number at booking and we will brief your driver on the right arrival hall.
Are there extra charges?
Pickups between 22:00 and 06:00 carry a ¥2,000 late-night surcharge, paid to the driver in cash. Waiting beyond the free time is ¥2,500 per 30 minutes. Extra stops can usually be arranged on request and may cost extra. One complimentary booster seat (ages 3–6) is available on request.
How do I pay and what is the cancellation policy?
You can reserve with a ¥500 deposit or pay in full online when you confirm your booking. Cancellation: free more than 2 days before departure, 20% fee 1–2 days before, and no refund within 24 hours of departure.
