Haneda Airport is on the edge of Tokyo Bay, only about 15–25 km from most central Tokyo districts.
Haneda is close to the city, so the ride is short, and a private car still saves you the train transfers and the walk with luggage at the other end.
Many Shibuya hotels sit on steep, narrow back streets that are hard to find on foot. A private car takes you to the entrance, which matters most with heavy bags or when you arrive late at night.

What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your arriving flight into Japan and adjust the pickup time accordingly. Airport pickups include up to 90 minutes of free waiting after landing. Flight tracking does not cover delays after landing, such as immigration or baggage claim.
How do I find my driver at Haneda Airport?
Your driver sends meeting instructions in advance via WhatsApp. A name-sign meet & greet in the arrivals hall is available as an optional add-on. Haneda's international flights use Terminal 3, with domestic flights at Terminals 1 and 2. Tell us your flight number at booking and your driver will be briefed on the right terminal.
Are there extra charges?
Pickups between 22:00 and 06:00 carry a ¥2,000 late-night surcharge, paid to the driver in cash. Waiting beyond the free time is ¥2,500 per 30 minutes. Extra stops can usually be arranged on request and may cost extra. One complimentary booster seat (ages 3–6) is available on request.
How do I pay and what is the cancellation policy?
You can reserve with a ¥500 deposit or pay in full online when you confirm your booking. Cancellation: free more than 2 days before departure, 20% fee 1–2 days before, and no refund within 24 hours of departure.
